As the controller of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we process personal data of pupils/children/students, their legal guardians, employees, and, where applicable, other persons in the course of our activities.
We undertake to process all personal data only to the extent necessary in order to avoid any interference with the rights and privacy of the data subjects, and to implement such security measures as to prevent the destruction, misuse, or loss of personal data during their administration.
Each data subject has the right to request access to their personal data, to exercise the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. Where applicable, the data subject may also exercise the right to data portability. If a person believes that the processing of their personal data is unlawful, they may object to such processing or lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time.
Specific information on the processing of personal data is made available to data subjects in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.
